During job interviews, it is so easy for me to put immense pressure on myself to be exactly what others would want or expect. That is why I lovingly carry this article with me to every job interview. It gives me the scientifically supported confidence to "just be myself". It reminds me to be open to others, smile, make eye contact and don't be neurotic or too hard on myself -- and everything else will fall into place. So far, it has worked every time. I feel truly lucky that this article came into my life. Thanks a million Michael!
